THE IRRICON WAY
WHAT WE DO
We support owners, stakeholders, and communities, as guardians of our natural resources, to create and implement sustainable practices to ensure a healthy, thriving environment for future generations.
Irricon was established in 2007 by founding Directors Gary Rae and Keri Johnston, with Haidee McCabe joining in 2010.
Irricon has grown and developed from its original Canterbury base to now meeting the needs of clients in Otago and beyond into wider Aotearoa. Irricon’s point of difference is that our team are all part of rural communities and come from farming backgrounds. This means we understand first-hand our client’s needs.
We take time to connect, understand and deliver practical and sustainable solutions based on our knowledge and experience, achieving the best outcome for our clients, communities, stakeholders, and the environment.
Land and water are at the heart of everything we do, including all aspects of resource consenting, nutrient management, planning and the ever-changing regulatory framework.
Underpinning Irricon’s success are our values: Integrity, Respect, Growth, Accountability and Wellbeing. These values guide us in our decision making and ensure that our purpose is achieved.
