Haidee has been consulting since 1998 and her background in irrigation schemes and design see her specialising in regulatory requirements for irrigation from consenting through to catchment plans. She has experience in preparing a wide range of consent applications and assessments though to hearings, specialising in surface water consents. This focus often leads to ongoing support to farms with compliance and their environmental journey. Haidee has provided comprehensive project management and technical support for numerous catchment and group projects and she thrives in dealing with complex challenges and effective solutions.
As Managing Director of Irricon, Haidee is passionate about providing the best outcomes and finding solutions for the Irricon team and clients whilst having a strategic focus pursuing new opportunities. Haidee understands the complexity of regulatory changes and increasing requirements but particularly enjoys working with farmers and communities to achieve positive outcomes.
Haidee has a Bachelor of Resource Studies, is an RMA Decision Maker/Commissioner and a Committee Member of South Canterbury NZIPIM.
Based in the Fairlie community, Haidee lives on a lifestyle block and in her spare time spends time with her family, walking, boating, fishing, and exploring the outdoors.
